ZettaMine - Software Engineer - Zoho CRM (2-4 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Zoho Creator Developer to join our development team.

As a Zoho Creator Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using the Zoho Creator platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize applications using Zoho Creator, ensuring they meet both client and business requirements.

- Develop workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and automations.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into actionable, technical solutions.

- Develop efficient data models, including database schema, relationships, and validation rules to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Zoho Creator platform.

- Implement workflow automation, task assignments, notifications, and integrations to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

- Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.) and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and other integration techniques.

- Troubleshoot issues in existing applications, ensure code is optimized for performance, and make improvements based on feedback.

- Work closely with other developers, business analysts, project managers, and clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.

- Communicate technical issues and project status to non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain thorough documentation for applications, workflows, and technical processes to ensure ease of maintenance and future enhancements.

- Build and customize mobile-friendly applications or mobile versions of Zoho Creator apps, ensuring optimal performance and usability on all devices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in low-code application development, particularly with the Zoho Creator platform.

- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Creator's features, including form design, workflow automation, reporting, and custom functions.

- Expertise in Zoho Creator's scripting language (Deluge) for customizing workflows and logic.

- Experience with data modeling, relational databases, and form design principles.

- Knowledge of how to integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.) and external APIs
