Software Engineer - MEAN Stack

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) to join our dynamic tech team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable software platform, ensuring smooth end-to-end full-stack development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MEAN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Conduct UI tests and optimize performance.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with the MEAN stack.
• Proven experience in full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database management.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficient in database architecture and design with MongoDB.
• Experience with Express.js, Node.js for building server-side applications.
• Solid understanding of Angular for front-end development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems, such as GitLab.
• Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Understanding of event driven architecture.
