Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Team Lead - React.js Developer to lead our front-end development team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative and high-quality React.js applications. Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of React.js developers, providing technical guidance and support
Architect, design, and develop responsive and scalable user interface components using React.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver optimal solutions.
Define and implement coding standards, best practices, and development processes
Ensure the team follows agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and provide constructive feedback
Work closely with product owners and project managers to define project requirements and specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the front-end stack
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to guide the team towards best practices.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5-8+ years of professional experience in React.js development

Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and leading development teams.

Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript, ES6+

Solid understanding of component-based architecture and modern web development principles

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX

Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm)

Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Skills:

Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and/or Next.js

Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme)

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Understanding of accessibility and best practices for creating inclusive user interfaces
