Software Engineer- JAVA

6. Adhere to project guidelines, development methodologies, and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
   
7. Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, evaluating trade-offs and proposing solutions that balance technical requirements and business objectives.
   
8. Take ownership of assigned modules, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication of progress and potential roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with exposure to sustainability or enterprise software
  
• Proficient in one or more backend programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Node.js
  
• Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and integration (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
  
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD).
