Software Engineer - Frontend

We are seeking a talented and motivated React Developer with expertise in React JS, and Next JS to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development and a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React and Next.js
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement and enhance UI/UX across projects
• Optimize front-end performance, ensuring applications are performant, accessible, and SEO-friendly
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across browsers and devices
• Participate actively in code reviews and cross-functional engineering team meetings
• Commit to (and implement where necessary) standards of code quality and consistency

Required Skills:

• Expert knowledge of & experience with React and Next.js
• Expertise with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and/or React Query
• Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and solve problems with existing code
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI and JavaScript experience
• Version Control (Git)
• Problem Solving and Communication

Optional Skills:

• Responsive Design and Cross-Browser Compatibility
• Familiarity with TypeScript and experience using it in a Next.js environment
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks, such as Jest or Cypress
