Android Developer Requirements:

Education :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in Android development.
- Expertise in Kotlin and Java.
Technical Skills :
- Strong experience with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
- Expertise in JNI (Java Native Interface) for integrating C/C++ code.
- Hands-on experience with telephony and network libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Reactive programming knowledge: RxJava and RxAndroid.
- Database management: Realm Database, SQLite, or Room.
- Dependency injection: Dagger, Hilt, or Koin.
- Networking: Retrofit, OkHttp, and WebSocket communication.
- Threading and concurrency: Schedulers, Coroutines, and Executor Services.
- Testing frameworks: JUnit, Espresso, and UI testing tools.
Performance Optimization :
- Optimize app performance and memory usage to meet scalability and stability standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using tools like Android Studio, Logcat, and ADB.
Methodologies :
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, quick to learn new technologies, and a strong team player.
Up-to-Date Knowledge :
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve application architecture.
