Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Automation Engineer with over 8 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the full Agile lifecycle, hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review requirements, technical designs, and acceptance criteria to create complete test plans and detailed test cases
Lead and manage end-to-end testing processes for various projects, with a focus on Quality Automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing methodologies, test cases, test scenarios, and test approaches.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java, TestNG, and Cucumber.
Implement automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce regression testing time.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, SOA Test, and SOAP UI.
Utilize test management tools like Quality Centre, RQM, RTC, and JIRA for tracking and managing test cases, defects, and reports.
Conduct various types of testing, including Blackbox, White box, Smoke, Functional, Regression, Unit, Integration, GUI, System, User Acceptance (UAT), Compatibility, Mainframe, ETL, and Performance testing.
Write SQL queries for database testing, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or similar field, or comparable experience preferred.
8+ years of experience with Quality Engineering
3+ years API testing (C# or Java)
5+ years cross-browser testing (including Manual)
2+ years of executing cross-browser Automation
Preferred Skills:
Experience with various web browsers
Selenium with C# or Java
ReadyAPI, Postman, or Insomnia
