Software Engineer @ Advantum Health

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to suggest innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Will have major development responsibilities with RCM software

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or similar.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Pentaho, Angular)
• Intermediate knowledge of databases (SQL), version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (Azure, or similar).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to AI/ML or data engineering is a plus.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs a plus.
