Engineer Software Development - II ( Google CCAI )

What youll be doing...

Voice portal is a customer facing IVR application that provides self-service experience to the customer for billing/payment or tech support or order and also routes the call to appropriate agent based on the skill/intent.

Authoring, designing & testing Voice applications using conversational bot solutions such as Google Dialog Flow (Google CCAI) or any equivalent AI models along with Microservices. You will help modernizing Contact Center application experiences into conversational AI and involve in Functional Testing of major business programs for consumer.

Youll deliver projects that can perform complex analyses using emerging technologies such as Microservices, GCP and Google CCAI - Dialog Flow Platform

• Delivering across the entire app life cycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
• Working on IVR development with Google CCAI Dialog Flow, Avaya OD with tighter microservice architecture & GCP CF & AWS Lambdas integration and strong experience in Inbound IVR applications.
• Participating in the Agile Teams for the applications that the candidate would be working on.
• Act independently, at the same time display excellent collaboration within and between various teams.
• Being accountable for the work allotted and stick to LOE provided. Track and develop tasks on time with no compromise to quality and keeping productivity of the team.
• Following Impact analysis and risk analysis processes in case of change requests.
• Ensuring performance of the code developed as an ongoing basis and use the right tools for the same.
• Working closely with team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
• Keeping up to date on the latest industry trends in the web & voice technologies.
• Building prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
• Ensuring security validations during design, coding & Validation.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

Youll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
• One or more years of relevant work experience.
• One or more years of Google CCAI Dialog Flow Platform experience.
• One or more years of Microservice Development & Integration experience using Spring Boot, Spring React.
• Two or more years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Cloud Functions.
• Basic understanding of Contact Center domain

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Knowledge on any conversational platforms to emerging experiences like Alexa, Google assistant, Bixby and Cortana.
• Ability to debug and understand issues thru Looker Platform, Kibana Logs and Grafana visualizations.
