Sr Manager -Software Development

You'll be leading multiple software engineering teams internally and externally to design and develop complex software architecture for our open stack web platform. This scalable systems enables our business to build one of the largest globally integrated networks. Your work will help us to stay at the forefront of technology and positively impact the customer experience.

• Working closely with stakeholders to define release content and ensure growth of the platform to meet competitive demands.
• Leading and mentoring engineering web and application programming interface teams through software platform releases, ensuring products are on spec, architecturally sound, and delivered on time.
• Supporting customers with major platform issues and coordinating triage efforts to solve them.
• Documenting and maintaining architectural guidance to ensure performance and scalability of the platform.
• Adhering to industry standards and best practices and understanding emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the systems, application, infrastructure, and processes.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or six or more years of experience
• Four or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Enterprise Ready Applications Delivery (Java Web Stack)
• Deep understanding & mindset to generate KPI, PXQ, Metric for each engagement
• Innovation & Out of Box Thinking to develop quick win solutions
• Decision Making and Self Reliance is key for the positions
• Forward thinking and visualising customer demands and translate into planned deliverables

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Knowledge of large-scale software architecture & design patterns
• Experience in EDA, Supply chain Domain Understanding
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
