We are seeking a talented Software Developer with expertise in One Identity solutions to join our team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions using One Identity products.

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using One Identity products, particularly Identity Manager and Safeguard
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate One Identity solutions with existing systems and applications
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to identity and access management
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other enterprise systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management technologies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides for One Identity implementations

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on identity and access management solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with One Identity products, particularly Identity Manager and Safeguard
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, VB.Net or Python
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices
• Experience with database management systems and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in API development and integration
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• One Identity certifications are preferred
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in software development
