Softsensor AI - Project Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CFO Solutions (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical FP&A Analyst and Project Manager to join our CFO Solutions team.

- This dual- role position is crucial in supporting our clients' financial planning, analysis, and reporting needs, while also managing projects that focus on implementing innovative AI solutions for financial efficiency.

- As part of the team, you will work directly with CFOs and senior management to provide strategic recommendations, lead cross- functional projects, and support long- term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related field, with a technical background.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, financial modelling software, and data visualization tools. Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Well versed in Data Science concepts including Machine Learning and Predictive Analysis and data mining.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and accounting principles.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non- technical stakeholders.

- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions.

- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support financial planning and analysis.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial planning and analysis processes, and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

- Analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.

Project Management:

- Lead the implementation of CFO- focused projects, including AI- driven financial solutions, working cross- functionally with internal teams and external clients.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

- MBA in Finance.

- 4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, consulting, or project management roles.

- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

- Experience managing cross- functional projects, ideally in a consulting or finance environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non- financial stakeholders.

- Knowledge of AI and its application in finance is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AI- driven financial tools and software.

- Certifications in FP&A, Project Management (PMP), or relevant fields.

- Strong problem- solving skills with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
