L3 Engineer (Datacenter & Network Security)

Candidate must have good hands experience on Data Network and Network devices. Telecom or Voice network background will not be considered.     

Candidate should have strong technical skills who can handle all escalated technical issues.    

Ability to manage technical team members and can get the Operations work delivered as per the agreed SLA

Good understanding of Windows and Linux (RHEL, CentOS) from their functionality and security point of view. 

Proficient knowledge and excellent hands-on experience in Network and Security for multiple OEM including but not limited to Array, Juniper, Checkpoint and Fortinet.                                       

Deep understanding and technical expert in network & Security devices from their functionality, troubleshooting and security point of view including but not limited to Firewall, Core switches, AntiDdos, Router, Switch, NLB, LLB, SSL interceptor, reverse proxy, IPS etc.                                             

Excellent Analytical skills, troubleshooting, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Windows, VMware, backup restoration and Storage.                                          

Good knowledge in Datacenter hardware like Server, storage, Data Domain, Tape library, Network devices.                                   

Proficient in Incident Management, Change management and other ITIL processes and related tools                                           

Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation                                                

Excellent communication and team player skills.                                                 

Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
