We are looking for an efficient and experienced Business Development Associate with proven track record in selling IT services (Website Development / Website Design / SEO / E-commerce website development / Custom Website developments, Digital Marketing etc.) in overseas market.
Candidate should have good track record and have experience in knowledge of generating business through Social Media, direct connections, Internet search, Email Campaigns or through other relevant tools or through professional connections etc.
Candidate should know how to establish connections with Offshore companies / agencies who outsource their web design, web development, branding or Talent Acquisition work to companies like us.
Candidate Roles and Responsibilities:
- All our clients are offshore clients and thus we are more interested in increasing our Offshore reach and get new overseas clients and opportunities
- Candidate should be Experienced in business development stream and should have experience of working with website design and web site development companies
- Should know how to generate leads and new business through online approach
- Proficient in preparing project Scope Of Work (SOW) / project proposals
- Should generate and follow up leads and create sales pipeline and generate business independently without any supervision or guidance
- Should have exposure and expertise in various social media tools in generating leads and closing projects with client.
- Basically should know how to utilize social medias like linkedin, facebook, email campaigns or any other social media tools to generate and close leads
- Should know how to look out for overseas agencies who outsource IT work to companies like us
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude
- Continually tracking and evaluating business development plans
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Knowledge and understanding of various technology platforms like PHP, Wordpress, Hubspot, Mobile Apps and SEO (These are the domains we work on so Candidate should know atleast what client is talking about)
- Taking business to the next level
- Should be social media geek and should know how to utilize that to earn further business
- Open new avenues only for Offshore clients
- Strategies business plans and new avenues
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Location - Remote / Anywhere from india, hyderabad,ahmedabad,pune,chennai,kolkata.
