Job Description
Job Description : Schedule processes including the processes that need to be executed on a daily, monthly and yearly basis on applications and its databases
Execute the monthly and yearly processes as per schedule
Process batch jobs including uploads and downloads required to be performed on various applications as a process or on need basis
Performing SOD and EOD as per FG guidelines
In event of failure of SOD and EOD process follow the escalation matrix defined by FG
Log calls, provide proper updates on calls and close the calls
User Profile management through ERP Life Asia
Monitor and report system and environment status in conjunction with the daily datacentre status reporting process.
Coordinate with vendor to Add / Delete / Modify physical disks in RAID configuration
Coordinate with vendor to rebuild the disks. incase of disk replacement / failed
Add / Modify / Delete logical data volumes and assign it to respective groups
Create and manage disk quota on storage box,
Change Admin user password every month as per FG guidelines Apply For This Job Attach Resume * Search
