Assistant HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Take care of recruitment process(IT and Non-IT), including job

posting,

• screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating

interview process.

• Coordinate and conduct new employee Induction, onboarding,

ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.

• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accurate and upto-

date employee information.

• To maintain Recruitment Tracker and daily Tracker Updating.
• Support the AGM-HR in managing employee benefits,

compensation.

• Coordinate and participate the Employee Engagement activities

annual calendar like fun events, parties, spot rewards etc
