- Learning Strategy Development: Develop and implement the company's overall L&D strategy aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
- Training Needs Analysis: Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across various teams.
- Program Design & Implementation: Create and deliver training programs (in-person, online, or blended) that address employee development needs. This may include leadership training, technical skills training, and soft skills development.
- Learning Materials & Resources: Develop and maintain learning materials, courses, and resources that support a continuous learning culture within the organization.
- Employee Development: Design career development plans and succession planning initiatives to promote internal talent and prepare employees for advancement.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Use data to continuously improve learning offerings.
- Learning Technology Management: Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring it is effectively utilized and updated with relevant content.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Lead training sessions and workshops, providing hands-on learning experiences. Offer coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Partner with external training providers, consultants, or vendors to enhance internal learning programs and bring in specialized expertise when required.
- Compliance & Certification: Ensure that learning programs meet regulatory and compliance requirements, and assist employees with obtaining any necessary certifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role in talent development or employee training.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess learning needs and translate them into actionable training solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on training outcomes.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to learning and development.
