- Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deliver high-quality assessments and reports within established timelines.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in skills and knowledge related to security practices.
