We are looking for a Co-founder or a core member with an entrepreneurship mindset and experience in IT recruitment industry to join us in the core team of SoDo, playing a pivotal role in scaling our IT Recruitment by acquiring clients and manage Operations.
About SoDo:
We're are a HRaaS (Human Resources as a Service) platform that connects companies with top 1 % quality, multi-layer screened IT and non IT talent and vetted resources for contract roles in 24 hours.
We are looking forward to building an AI based HR Tech and end-to-end recruitment platform.
We're on a mission to make talent acquisition 70x faster and provide a better recruitment process experience for companies, start-ups and businesses.
We have led SoDo to this stage of growth with a solo Founder and team members.
Now, We are looking for a strategic Co-founder who can help us scale exponentially and take SoDo to the next level to grow and scale.
Requirements:
- We're searching for someone who can complement our skills and bring fresh energy, ideas, and leadership to our growing startup and should have:.
- A proven track record in any of these, Client Acquisition, IT Recruitment, Delivery Management and HR.
- Hands-on experience in building and scaling startups or leading HR in companies from the ground up.
- Strong leadership- and strategic thinking abilities.
- A network in the HR, IT, or similar industry.
- A shared passion for disrupting the HR and recruitment landscape.
- Client Relations.
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial Drive.
- An ideal fit is someone who has done business development or managed delivery as a CMO, CBO, CHRO, HRBP or any other position under the similar domains.
- Risk taking abilities.
- Prior start-up founder, core member, recruitment consultant experience or leading client relations, HR, recruitment or managing delivery in companies.
- Proven 10 years of experience in Human Resources and IT recruitment or staffing (lesser or more experience will also work based on your profile).
- MBA is HR, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition from your network, connections, previous employment and Linkedin.
- Manage delivery and operations with consultants and vendors.
- Manage contractual and full-time recruitments.
- Execute New Ideas, trends and expansion.
