Maintain a credible Carbon Reduction Plan and oversee energy decarbonisation efforts..
Drive waste prevention strategies and meet contractual recycling targets..
Support biodiversity initiatives and create climate change adaptation strategies aligned with MoJs 2024 Climate Change Adaptation Strategy..
Collaborate with Sodexo subject matter experts and external partners to deliver cutting-edge sustainability solutions..
Monitor, report, and provide recommendations on sustainability progress, ensuring on-time delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports..
Deliver training and develop action plans to engage teams and foster behavioural change..

Essential Skills And Qualifications.
Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification by experience..
Professional membership (e.g., IEMA, CIWM, CIBSE, or Energy Institute)..
In-depth understanding of sustainability legislation and compliance requirements (e.g., Waste Regulations, Net Zero, and ISO 14001)..
Proven experience in Net Zero carbon roadmaps, energy management, and biodiversity plans..
Familiarity with BREEAM accreditation, sustainable travel plans, and low-carbon energy technologies..
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder relationship skills..
Competency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)..
Ability to lead innovation, manage competing priorities, and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team..
Desirable Skills And Experience.
CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant or Assessor..
LEED or BREEAM accreditation..
IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications..
Previous experience in facilities management or engineering in an operational environment.
