Bms Technician

Role & responsibilities

1. Access control Card activation / Deactivation, Reconciliation.

2. CCTV operations - Monitoring, back-up checks, clock synchronization.

3. Coordination with vendor for PM activity pertaining to BMS system.

4. Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.

5. Renovate and replace equipment as required by fault finding to maintain equipment in optimal performance condition.

6. Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control of systems.

8. Personally accountable for ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

9. Attend Safety Meetings and Toolbox talks to increase safety awareness.

10. To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.

Exp : 0-2 years

Salary : 17000-22000 gross
