About the Role:
Were seeking a skilled Social Media Executive with a strong background in B2B marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on LinkedIn growth and engagement for both our Founder’s and the company’s profiles, driving brand visibility, and building meaningful connections with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy for the Founder and company profiles, focusing on increasing followers, engagement, and reach.
• Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate compelling, on-brand content tailored to B2B audiences, including posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces to elevate our industry presence.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing engagement and follower growth.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to building a cohesive company narrative.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on LinkedIn to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-6 years in social media, with a focus on B2B marketing. Experience with LinkedIn growth strategies is essential.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture brand voice and engage a professional audience effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
