Role & responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Create high-quality, visually appealing, and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and reels.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry leaders.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimize content strategies.
- Implement data-driven improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Track and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management across social platforms.
- Work closely with other marketing channels to ensure an integrated digital marketing approach.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in Fashion.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and budgeting.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
