Job Description: Social Media Advisor (Executive)

• Monitor and analyze online conversations about the company or brand across various social media platforms and websites.
  
• Respond to comments, reviews and feedback from customers and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Identify and address negative reviews or comments that can harm the company's reputation.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's online reputation and increase positive reviews and feedback.
  
• Track and report on online reputation metrics, including sentiment analysis, engagement and response time.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and regulations related to online reputation management.
  
• Should have good experience with tools like Konnect Insights, Sprinklr, Locobuzz, Meltwater, etc.
  

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Escalation handling experience on the Social Media Platform
  
• Experience in Customer Centric approach
  
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  
• Flexible to work with rotational shifts and rotation week offs
