We are looking for a Digital strategist to research, ideate, develop, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients across different industrial verticals.
What does a Digital Marketing Executive do
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing executives will work with the marketing teams, supporting teams (such as programmers, designers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM , marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Our digital marketing projects include both traditional digital marketing such as SEO and Content Marketing as well as web design development projects.
Requirements
Proven working experience in digital marketing (1-3 Yrs. of Experience atleast)
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM , marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, MixPanel)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg. DoubleClick)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, to be able to dissect existing campaigns and present analytical proof
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Should understand Communications, Branding, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Tools
Should be well versed with MS word, Power-point and Excel
Must know how to use Google Analytics
Knows how to use Ad Managers eg. LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Adwords
Working knowledge of Adsense and DoubleClick
Knows in and out of FB Page and Business Ad Manager
Ability to understand SEO Traffic Reports of SEMRush, Moz , Ahref.
