Electrical Design Engineer(Jr/Sr)

Role & responsibilities

Preparation of Electrical Single Line Diagrams.

• Preparation of Electrical Load sheet.
• Preparation of cable selection and cable tray.
• Preparation of Transformer, UPS & DG selection

• Vendor & Also Site Management.

• Sizing of Switchgear and Cables.

• Preparation of Indoor and Outdoor Power and Lighting layouts

. • Preparation of Earthing (IEC-60364) layout and Lightning protection system.

Planning and implementing Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Management schedules of various machinery. • Experience to carry out annual shut down activity for overall plant equipment with vendor coordination. • Preparing monthly shift schedule for all technicians and supervisors. • Preparing daily, monthly and quarterly PM check lists for various machinery like UPS, • PAC, DG, TRANSFORMERS, CHILLER, AHU etc. • Preparing equipment history cards, vendor and electrical work permits and escalation matrix charts. • Executing cost saving and Energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve • substantial reduction in Operations & Maintenance expenditures. • Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipment deliverable to ensure • compliance with project standards and specifications. • Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.

SOFTWARE SKILLS: • AutoCAD 2019 • DIA LUX • MS Office (Word ,Excel ,Power Point) • Revit (BASIC KNOW)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.E in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
