DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimizing product assortment: Managing product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing
• Developing strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Analysing data: Analysing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Working with teams: Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, sales, and product development, as well as external partners like vendors and suppliers
• Improving customer experience: Planning website layout and navigation to ensure an optimal online shopping experience
• Managing inventory: Forecasting trends in customer demands to ensure a fully stacked inventory
• Negotiating with suppliers: Securing advantageous terms with suppliers and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree in business, retail, management, sales, marketing, or consumer science
• An MBA in a field such as retail management or merchandising
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of market analysis and consumer behavior
• An innovative mindset
