Role Definition: Pre-sales Executive is responsible for building business development connections and setting up meetings with the Marketing/BD Managers for the Management and Sales teams to convert them into projects for Snware Research Services Inc.
Responsibilities Deliverable: 1. Data Sourcing and Management 2. Approaching prospects to generate meetings 3. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development executive.
Tasks & Activities: 1. Data Sourcing and Management Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, and Google search of the decision maker of events from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business of smartphones, Ecommerce, IT products, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance Co, Banks, Travel & Leisure, Apparel brands, Airlines, Education Institutions, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Jewelers and Real Estate Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization. 2. Approaching prospects Spending 5 hours per day on generating connections with relevant leads or decision makers of the target customer via email/call to get meetings for the sales team. 3. Meeting Coordination Write emails professionally to share company profiles or any information the prospective client seeks about the company. Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy. 4. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development Executive.After completing the setting up of 15 meetings per month, the Pre-Sales executive shall accompany BDE formeetings to understand/learn the full business development process.
