Job Description

A CloudOps Engineer/lead works 24x7x365 for customers towards managing and maintaining the azure cloud or hybrid infrastructure and Devops environments ensure to run the service high availability. CloudOps professional represent SNP s second line support who has a dedicated responsibility in maintaining, managing, administering, deploying, and communicating towards fulfilling the service requests or major incidents.

Responsibilities:

Experience in administering and supporting the services failures on Microsoft Azure Cloud services for the Cloud Infrastructure, Backup, DR, Storage, Application, Database, and web services.

Experience in administering, troubleshooting, maintaining and managing the Windows Servers and Linux Servers part of platform support.

Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Azure cloud services.

Experience in configuring Azure monitor alerts, metrics, logs and insights for Azure services.

Experience in Reports, Client meetings, presentations, strive towards highest customer satisfaction by applying the best practices

Experience in deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and configuring the Azure Kubernetes and DevOps with the Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts.

Knowledge on ITILv4 and Agile processes such as Incident Management, Emergency incident management, problem management, change management and the service request management.

Interpersonal skills: Flexible, Adaptable, analytical, and reasoning, Enthusiastic, presentation skills. Communication: Good Verbal and Written Communication (Must)

Primary Skills: Windows / Linux Server Operating system, Patch Management, Azure Monitor and App Insights, Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, Azure Pipelines

Qualification: Any graduate Certifications: Preferred to have ITILv4, AZ-900, AZ104, AZ400 certifications

Experience Range: 7+ Years
