Staff Data Scientist - HR Innovation AI

The Global People Data Scientist focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies to solve complex problems in Human Resources space, improve processes, and drive advancements in various Human Resources AI applications. This role is focused on innovation and bringing new approaches and technologies to ServiceNow s Global People Team.

• Optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring they meet the required accuracy and reliability standards.

• Utilize techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and ensemble methods to improve model outcomes.

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to fuel AI models.

• Implement data augmentation, feature engineering, and data cleaning techniques to ensure high-quality input for model training.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy AI models into production environments.

• Present research findings, model performance, and innovation ideas to stakeholders and executive teams in a clear and persuasive manner.

To be successful in this role you have:
