• US Labor Law Expertise:Thorough understanding of US federal and state employment laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to ensure compliance.
• Recruitment & Hiring:Managing the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding within the US context.
• Compensation & Benefits:Designing and administering competitive compensation packages, including salary structures, benefits plans, and incentive programs, considering US market standards.
• Employee Relations:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing performance issues while adhering to US employment practices.
• Performance Management:Implementing performance appraisal systems aligned with US standards to evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities.
• Talent Development:Designing and executing training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression, considering US specific training needs.
