Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Mentorship and Leadership:

Necessary Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Mentorship: Proven experience mentoring and guiding developers in a team environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
  • Experience with database technologies like SQL Server.
  • Expertise in implementing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and other automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React (preferred).
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical issues.
