Graphic Designer Specialist

We are seeking a Graphic Web Designer with over 5 years of experience in creative designing and the Adobe Suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and the ability to create visually appealing and effective graphics across various mediums. The candidate should also have proven experience in 3D design or virtual character building and completed relevant courses or certifications in graphic design or related fields. This role will be responsible for producing graphics for clients, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Create eye-catching and visually appealing graphics for a variety of projects.
• Develop infographics, icons, and illustrations to convey complex information effectively.
• Collaborate with the client or marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that align with the brand's identity and goals.

3D Design and Virtual Character Creation

• Design and develop high-quality 3D visuals, models, or virtual characters for various platforms.
• Utilize tools and software to create immersive, visually engaging designs in line with project requirements.

Web Design

• Optimize web graphics and visuals for fast loading and responsive design.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement design changes and improvements.

Adobe Suite Expertise

• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD, to create and edit graphics.
• Manipulate images, retouch photos, and create illustrations as needed.
• Prepare print-ready files with proper color profiles and specifications.

Creative Ideation

• Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative ideas for projects.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to ensure design projects meet their objectives.
• Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all design work before final delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record in 3D design or virtual character creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
