Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and estimates from drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve billing issues.
- Conduct rate analysis and quantity estimation for projects.
- Monitor project progress, prepare monthly bill status reports, and track payments.
- Ensure accurate cost control and budgeting for projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
- Strong skills in Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Rate Analysis.
