Computer Teacher

Position Title: Computer Trainer
Reports To: Head (CSR Strategy & Planning)

Position Overview: The Computer Trainer will be responsible for delivering computer education to students in government schools, fostering digital literacy and empowering students with essential technology skills. This role involves developing lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with school staff to enhance the educational experience for students.

Training Delivery & Assessment

1. Conduct hands-on training sessions in computer literacy, software applications, and basic coding.

Basic (6th 8th Std): Basic Computer, Internet Skills, Computer Components, MS Office & Basic Software

Advanced (9th 10th Std): Coding introduction, AI Concepts, Advanced Software, MS Office/Excel, Data Analysis, AI Tools & Applications

2. Facilitate group activities and individual projects to reinforce learning objectives.

Student Engagement

1. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for technology.

2. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

Resource Management

1. Ensure that computer lab equipment and software are maintained and functioning effectively.

2. Identify and source additional resources and materials to enhance training sessions.

3. Ensure clean and distraction-free learning environment

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

1. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders through letter, email, whatsapp

2. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders like Students, Parents, School Authorities, etc.

Reporting and Review

1. Attend Monthly performance review at HO to assess progress made against each KRA
