We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our IT team in Bangalore, reporting to the Director of IT - Infrastructure. In this role, you will define and deliver a digital employee experience focused on engagement, using M365, SharePoint, and Azure, while integrating external systems for seamless information access and action. Key responsibilities include defining standards for information architecture and metadata to enhance the Infoblox intranet and integrating data from sources such as DataVerse, Microsoft Graph, M365 Office tools, and SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNOW, Oracle, and Jira. You will also establish governance, standards, and content management best practices for site owners, and extend Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms with appropriate authentication, authorization, and role-based access control, including the use of graph connectors, plugins, APIs, Azure cognitive services/OpenAI, Active Directory, Viva services, and application security groups.

What you ll do:

• Lead the design and implementation of collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Develop strategies to integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms with external business systems for seamless information access and action
• Establish standards for information architecture, metadata, and content management
• Integrate Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms with DataVerse, Microsoft Graph, and other SaaS data sources like Salesforce, ServiceNOW, Oracle, and Jira
• Customize solutions using Microsoft Power tools and Azure Cognitive Services/OpenAI
• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality automation solutions for infrastructure-defined software development
• Ensure appropriate authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Deliver a vision for a digital employee experience focused on engagement and productivity
• Act as a mentor to support and lead your team and develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements
• Collaborate with broader IT and Business teams to identify upstream, downstream, or other product-related dependencies

What you ll bring:

• 15+ years of experience working in infrastructure services with a specialization in M365, server technologies, and Azure cloud services, including hands-on experience in automation and architecture
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related technologies
• Proven track record of designing and implementing collaboration solutions in large organizations
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance in collaboration environments
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerShell, Fabric, and Azure Cognitive Services/OpenAI /M365 CoPilot
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Experience with graph connectors, plugins, APIs, Azure cognitive services/OpenAI, active directory, Viva services, and application security groups
• Microsoft 365 certified Teams Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert, SharePoint Administration and Azure Solutions Architect preferred
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent education and work experience

What success looks like:

After six months, you will

• Successfully define and begin implementing a vision for a digital employee experience that enhances engagement and productivity using M365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms
• Develop and initiate strategies to integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms with external business systems like Salesforce, ServiceNOW, Oracle, and Jira
• Establish standards for information architecture, metadata, and content management, and begin building and extending the Infoblox intranet
• Successfully integrate Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platforms with DataVerse, Microsoft Graph, and other SaaS data sources

After about a year, you will

• Work closely with IT and Business teams and have successfully delivered productivity, adoption, and user experience to the larger Infoblox community
• Cross-pollinate ideas between and among business initiatives to allow improved solutions architecture and drive process optimization, efficiency, and productivity using automation
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and related technologies to ensure the solutions remain cutting-edge
