Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing operational processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable laws, regulation and industry standards.
• Assist in analyzing data and identify early warning signals which indicate possible losses and potential frauds and provide recommendations for corrective actions and process improvement.
• Assist in developing Quarterly Risk-based audit plan and deep dive into areas of concern and prioritize audit activities accordingly.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes, emerging risks and best industry practices related to NBFC and ensure compliance with relevant changes/requirements.
• Collaborate with business & tech teams to understand the root cause for process lapses and highlight areas for process enhancements
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in handling Internal Audit organizational activities, including budgeting, internal controls, and risk assessment.
• Must have worked on SOP drafting and process improvement.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• 1- 3 years of experience in working with internal audit, risk management. (NBFC & Banking is preferred)
• Must have strong analytical skills and have good attention to detail skills. Should be a logical thinker with a knack for numbers and statistics.
• Must have strong communication skills as this role involves interaction with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Detail oriented with higher degree of accuracy and integrity along with maintaining confidentiality on sensitive information. (Candidates from CA Audit firm can also apply)

Working days: 5 days & Alternate Saturday working
