The Role :

As Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing product architecture, and optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness, all while delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will be responsible for :

- Leading and growing the engineering team by hiring and mentoring top-tier talent

- Architecting and scaling our SaaS platform to support rapid global growth

- Driving innovation through best practices in DevSecOps, IaaC, and QA automation

- Ensuring strong collaboration between engineering, product, and leadership teams

- Owning engineering excellence, from performance optimization to executing the technical roadmap

Ideal Candidate :

- You have a degree in Computer Engineering from a top-tier institute ( IITs/NITs) as well as bring at least 15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years at the Director level in a SaaS startup or scale-up.

- You have deep expertise in distributed architectures, microservices, and cloud-native systems.

- You possess hands-on experience with the MERN stack (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript) for large-scale applications.

- You have proven leadership in DevOps and CI/CD, with the ability to scale and optimize workflows.

- You have a strategic mindset and can dive into technical details when needed.

- You are a team player and effectively collaborate with global stakeholders
