Relationship Manager - Sales - Hospitality Firm (2-6 yrs)

We're hiring Relationship Manager for Multiple locations for leading Hospitality Industry.

Exp- 2-6 yrs

Salary budget upto max 7 LPA

Required Skills: B2C Sales (Business-to-Consumer), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Responsibilities:

- Train & manage the design team

- Own the sales results for the respective teams

- Conduct stringent review of each team member

- Help identify prospects & close them

- Give constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of sales experience

- Strong work ethic and communication skills

- 2+ Years managerial experience

- Design background preferable but not mandatory

- Multilingual is a bonus

Must Have: Should be from wedding / events company / Hospitality

Note :- Need Strong Sales Experience
