Area Sales Manager

Greentech Industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products by engaging with dealers to secure orders, visiting sites for product sampling, and ensuring timely payments. This role involves extensive traveling within the designated region.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site product sampling to showcase the quality and benefits of our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, persuading them to place orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies and techniques.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities and industrial developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity logs and expense reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the iron and steel industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing busy schedule and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
