SAP MM/IM

Must Have

• Minimum 60% in 10th 12th Graduation and Post graduation.
• No education/ Job gaps unless valid reasons.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 implementation and 1 support projects.
• Has not switched companies more than 4 times in last 2 years.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD, and FI.
• SAP MM/IM consultant skills to design and configure MM/IM based on purchasing business processes.
• Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP MM/IM, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required.
• Working experience on scheduling agreements in SAP MM/IM- Purchasing component.
• S/4 HANA Delta change Table changes, New user Exp in Fiori, simplification in master data, sourcing, and procurement, procure to pay cycle, inventory simplification with S4 Hana.

Required qualifications, experience & skills

• Excellent communication (English), presentation (MS Office), training, client relationship and analytical skills.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/IM.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of MM/IM.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
• Business process analysis and documentation experience- BBP, As-Is, To-Be processes.
