Role Overview:
The HR Onboarding, Exit Formalities, and Induction role will oversee smooth onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding: Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of documentation, resources, and induction sessions.
• Exit Formalities: Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely settlement and return of company assets.
• Induction: Coordinate and execute the employee induction program to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize onboarding and exit processes for better efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on onboarding and exit trends.
