Urgently Recruiting Spanish Customer Support Representatives

Candidates who are able to speak Spanish and English language fluently can apply for the job. irrespective of fresher or experienced.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.

2. Excellent verbal Skills in Spanish and English Languages.

3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.

4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.

5. Support customers across telecommunications.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Any Graduate BE/Btech freshers / Under-Graduate / drop out / Post Graduates can apply.

2. Spanish Fluency level: B1 most preferable B2.

3. Immediate joiners will be given first preference

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.

5. Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.

Shift: Night Shift (anywhere between 6 Pm IST- 10 Am IST) Should be ready to work on weekends

Should be willing to relocate to Chennai. we don't provide work from home opportunity
