Experience - 2 To 3 Years (Industrial experience)
Education - Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
Location - Pune
The Technical Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing and developing technical and commercial proposals for clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the proposals align with company capabilities and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality proposals within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFPs/RFQs and client specifications to develop customized technical proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to gather technical inputs.
• Prepare cost estimations, bid documentation, and compliance statements.
• Ensure proposals meet technical feasibility, industry standards, and budget constraints.
• Address client queries and support pre-sales and bidding processes.
• Continuously improve proposal templates, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
• Proficiency in proposal writing, bid management, and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and proposal software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
