We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Wealth Management Team and build enduring, trust-based relationships with our esteemed clientele.
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals who aspire to become trusted advisors for HNI clients. The ideal candidate will not only manage private wealth but also establish themselves as key confidantes to their clients. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of financial markets and products, unwavering integrity, and the ability to navigate complex financial and personal dynamics with discretion and diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, acting as their primary financial advisor.
Provide holistic wealth management services covering a broad range of financial products and strategies, including:
- Direct equities
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Mutual funds
- Structured products
- Arbitrage opportunities
- Private credit
- Insurance
- Alternative investments
- Legacy planning
- International investing
- Tax minimization strategies
- Stay updated on domestic and global macroeconomic developments and assess their impact on client portfolios.
- Identify client needs proactively and provide personalized financial solutions aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
- Leverage company resources, including exclusive events and club memberships, to enhance client relationships and service quality.
- Demonstrate innovation and initiative in identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and optimize their wealth management experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with HNI clients.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
- Unwavering integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with diplomacy and discretion.
- A proactive and client-centric approach to financial advisory services.
- Prior experience in wealth management or a related financial advisory role is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive fixed salary ranging from INR 30-60 lakhs per annum.
