Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head located in Ernakulam.

- The Creative Head will be responsible for providing creative direction, developing and implementing branding strategies, and crafting innovative creative strategies.

- Daily tasks include overseeing graphic design projects, managing and mentoring a creative team, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all creative outputs.

Qualifications:

- Skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy.

- Expertise in Branding and Graphic Design.

- Experience in Team Management.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience in the research or education industry is a plus.
