The Subject Matter Expert (SME) & QA functions as the organizational representative for his/her

knowledge area and applies his/her expertise to support the strategic direction of the organization.

He/she should be capable and willing to work on core subjects.

Key Responsibilities and what you will be doing:

• Develop & review comprehensive and high-quality educational content for

various requirements.

• Review and revise existing solutions on the online portal to ensure that they are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest guidelines.
• Fix the content of existing solutions to improve their clarity, precision, and accuracy.
• Identify and correct any errors in existing solutions.
• Improve the overall quality of existing solutions by making them more clear, concise, and easy to understand.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure consistency in the quality of solutions.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Masters degree OR Graduate from reputed college
• Freshers / Faculty (0- 3 years Experience) - anyone with strong subject knowledge can

apply.

• Preference will be given for experience in educational content development.
• Strong understanding of concepts and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.
