SMB Catalyst - Senior Management Consultant (3-5 yrs)

Role Description -This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Management Consultant located in Mumbai.

The Senior Management Consultant will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing strategic and operational models to assist clients in achieving their business objectives.

- Driving business transformation initiatives across various domains, including Strategy, Operations, Talent Acquisition & Management, and Technical Consulting.

- Conducting detailed business diagnostics, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

- Engaging with key stakeholders to design and implement scalable business solutions.

- Leading cross-functional projects to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Up to 3 years in a consulting or business transformation role.

- Preferred Background: Candidates currently working with Business Excellence functions, Centers of Excellence, or boutique management consulting firms.

- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify key business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.

- Experience in consulting, financial analysis, and business process optimization.

- Proven track record of delivering results in similar roles.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
