Role: Franchise Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Initial 3 months in Coimbatore for Training Purpose.
Experience: 3+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Franchise Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational performance of our franchisees, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchisee Support and Management
- Provide operational support and guidance to franchisees to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address underperforming franchisees.
2. Operational Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchisees, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and benchmarks to measure franchisee performance.
3. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for franchisees.
4. Business Development and Growth
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and support franchisees in pursuing these opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
5. Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with franchisees, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Facilitate regular franchisee meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in franchise operations
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
