Experience:

5 to 8 years in banking/finance, with software or development experience being a plus.

Job Description:

• Reconcile and manage derivatives invoices as per procedures.

• Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are met.

• Work with SmartStream's Transaction, Fees Cost, and Invoice Management solutions to meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use SmartStream tools to match client data and resolve exceptions.

• Investigate and manage data issues to completion.

• Prioritize tasks to meet SLAs and keep clients informed.

• Coordinate with brokers, banks, and teams to resolve issues.

• Contribute to improving SmartStream solutions.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of derivatives, especially OTC brokerage.

• Understanding of investment banking products and trade lifecycle.

• Proficient in Excel and analytical problem - solving.

• Numerically skilled with experience in data reconciliation.

• Familiarity with SLA environments.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in software development or project methodology is a plus.

SQL knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Banking/Finance or related field.
